2. Estimates and Pricing

  • Quotes: Any estimates provided via the website or phone are preliminary. A final price will be determined after an on-site inspection.

  • Unexpected Repairs: If additional issues are discovered during service, we will provide an updated quote before proceeding with further work.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Due: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full upon completion of the service.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a "trip charge" or "service call fee."

6. Warranties and Liability
